Your diary seems to be a daylog kinda event. I had a bit of trouble reading it because I felt like I was walking in on a conversation between friends. Most of your writing is about other people. If you mention yourself it's only briefly, I would work on that.
It's hard to write about yourself a lot of times, mostly because it would reveal an awful lot about what kind of person you are and how you work. In the long run it will benefit you if you start writing more personal.
